Can. Hazy orange. Bubbly, cream coloured head that settles to a dense film. Nose has minty hop. Some grapefruit pith. Pink grapefruit juice. Oily herb. Bit of a woody, earthy thing going on. Some ice cream malts behind all that. Taste is moderately bitter, with a dose of citrusy, chewy sweetness. Light and clean considering the ABV. More citrus pithiness on the finish.

Can shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours a clear amber orange with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of grass and pine with some onion underlying and a sweet grain backbone. Flavor has lots of grass with some light pine and a grain backbone.

Can. Craft Beer Cellar, Waterbury, VT. 7.0%. Opaque, dark yellow gold. Thin, lasting, white head. Nose has grapefruit juice and rind. Some candied peel. Cracker malts. Some sweeter notes at the end, of marmalade and toffee. Taste is juicy grapefruit, sweet and bitter. Does taste a lot like breakfast juice. Barely noticeable alcohol. Clean and a little dry. More grapefruit on the finish. Grew on me, this one. Super easy drinking.

On tap at Brewster River Brewpub.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a ruddy burnt orange color with some brown hues. Thin white head. Light lacing.
The aroma starts with clean sweet malts. Low bitter earthy hops. Some light grassiness.
The flavor starts with the sweet malts and lets in some light earthy hops. Sly spiciness. Malty aftertaste with the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body. Low carbonation. Earthy fresh bitterness is there for some harshness on my tongue.
Overall, interesting DIPA, would I have again, possibly.

On tap at Vermont Tap house.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a hazy semi-burnt orange color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white head that dissipated at a nice pace. Semi-sticky lacing glosses thinly around the sides of the glass.
The smell started off with a bright sweet citrus happiness. Some bitterness rides in underneath. Subtle pine.
The flavor takes on some nice citrus sweetness to ride thoroughly through right on into the aftertaste. Mostly sweet malty finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation rides light enough to allow some nice stickiness to move over my tongue.
Overall, good DIPA by Rock Art, they seem to be getting this style these days. Good for them.
