Bottle. (as Uteregs Blond) Unclear, golden-orange body with a small white head on top. Papery and lightly spicy aroma with sweetness as well. The flavor is much the same, but there’s also some hops there. Medium body. As far as I remember, this papery blond is the poorest I’ve ever had. (070331)

Bottle, 8%. Sweet vinous aroma. Clouddy orange colour. Very small white head. The flavour is a bit sweet with some yeast. Bready, but balanced by alcohol. Medium bitterness.

Bottle, 6.5%. Farty, oxidized, sherry aroma. Not as bad as it sounds, though. Almost clear brown colour, small white head. Thin mouthfeel. Bready flavour, but well accompanied by some sweetness and a little roastedness. Good grainy breadiness. Creamy aftertaste.

(bottle) Cloudy yellow colour with a small diminishing white foam. Papery wheaty aroma, only light fruity (citrus). Flat mouthfeel, light bodied. Slightly sweet malty and very yeasty taste, short and rather dry yeasty finish with hints of coriander in the aftertaste.

Clear bottle. Hoppy aroma. Cloudy copper colour, unstable white head. Quite a lot of yeast sediment. Flavour is hoppy, but unfortunately also quite yeasty which I do not like in a bitter. The hoppiness is slightly acidic. this is below mediocre homebrew.

Yellowish white with a creamy white head. Rather sweet aroma, with vanilla and honey and lemons. The same in mouth, rather like a creamy lemon pie. A lighter bodeid wit. I guess I liked this one. May 1,2005 at 2nd KBC Festival, Den Bosch, NL.

(bottle) Cloudy brown colour with reddish shades and a foamy off-white medium head. Slightly sweet malty aroma with caramel, dried plums, raisins and yeasts. Light sweet flavour, medium body. Soft sweet malty start with a distinctive note of dried fruits, mainly raisins, that lingers to the end, slight touch of caramel, lasting fruity and malty dry finish. Lecker !

(Bottle 30 cl) High pressure in this bottle, beware this is a real shooter. But the wild head collapses completely. Orangey golden and hazy. Pronounced hoppy character with and underlying malty sweetness. Organic. 161003

(Bottle 30 cl) Golden and strongly hazy beer with a tall and frothy head which eventually collapses completely. Typical Tripel nose of yeast, malt and flowers. Dry and yet with an underlying sweetness and a discreetly bitter palate. A full-bodied and lovely beer which hides it’s alcohol quite well. 120903
