Cask handpull at The Phoenix, Canterbury. Chestnut with thin beige head. Earthy, muddy in mouth with caramel and earthy/berb hop. Soft in mouth, and finish is not too assertive, fades quite quickly. Hop of finish needs to be more pronounced for my liking

Cask handpull at The Phoenix, Canterbury. Copper colour with bubbly beige head. Yeasty, apple, caramel aroma. Tasty in mouth with caramel dusty malt. Nice supping bitter. Inoffensive, but flavour in mouth is good, finish is dusty, dry and some citruc hop which has a touch of nettle about it.
