Tap at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours pale gold, partially transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is of cereal and citrus, orange peel, even a little spiced. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter. Final is average, still bitter.

Aroma of wood, citrus, moderate funk, stone fruits, slight overripe fruits. Tastes similar, with more leather.
Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonatrion. Finishes wooden, moderately dry, tannic, citric, with apple zest, some overripe fruits.

A bit underrwhelming maybe, considering those are two of my all time favourite breweries, who already did some amazing stuff together in the past.Still a very good, quite subtle, darker Belgian wild ale, that drinks quite elegant and has a great balance.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy dark orange amber with a medium beige head. Nose is complex, revealing a wonderful wild yeast expression that must include plenty of brett due to the funkiness, deep oak, a red wine tannic quality, and subtle dark dried fruits. Flavour is likewise complex, revealing a wonderful integration of wild yeast, deep oak, tannins, leather, and a touch of dark dried fruits. Low-to-moderate acidity that is kept nicely in check. Excellent Flemish red.

Straw coloured body, with a big, fluffy, white head.
Aroma of fresh herbs, flowers, hay, citrus, pine, wheat, spices, some dough. Tastes similar, with slight biscuit.
A bit creamy mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes crisp, hoppy, floral, zesty, piney, wheaty, yeasty, spicy.

Pretty complex for the style, Wheaty notes, crisp hops and their typical yeasty notes in great harmony. Drinks super crisp and balanced, great refreshing stuff!

Bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours hazy golden - yellow with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is freshly baked bread, sponge cake, brioche, biscotti, green banana, melon, twist of citrus, wood and a hint of mint. The taste is firmly dry, woody bitterness, spicy, grassy, herbal, citrus peel, slightly metallic, banana split, bready, sponge cake, nip of alcohol, fragrant and florals with a drying finish. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. Enjoyable, feels a bit muddled. 2025 was a fair bit better imo.

On tap at The Hope Carshalton. Clear gold colour. Lasting white head. Some lager aroma. Like a François landbier. But then tastes like a Belgian blond. Really interesting mix of styles. Apricot flavour. Decent. Yep I liked it. Good.

Pours slightly haze. Small white head. Scent is very malty, fruity hops and yeasty notes. Fresh. Taste is full, malty, fresh and crisp, mildly (very mild) sweet finish. Quite nice, refreshing easy drinker. Mildly bitter.
