Bottle from Hop Burns and Black, enjoyed in front of the rugby. Lovely golden amber with a sturdy white head. Nose of apricot, apples, grape. Light sweetness, medium bitterness, medium sour at the finish. Light body for the ABV, prickly lively carbonation, slightly astringent. Tart sourness lingers. Gentle warmth in the belly after. Complex and interesting.

Bottle from Beer Shop Folkestone and drunk at home. This should be right up my alley. Slight haze pale brown amber colour thin off white head. Authentic funky aroma. Clearly a lambic. Aged hops. Proper funk. Its then an amber malty beer over the top. Does the blend of 2 beer styles work? Yes. Some malt sweetness. Yes really interesting. Very drinkable. Funk and then an amber beer. Sour and hop finish. Decent enough.

330 ml bottled 14 Apr 25. Golden body, with a big, fluffy head.
Aroma of grains, hay, fresh herbs, flowers, cereals, citrus. Tastes similar, with some more fruit notes.
Medium mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation. Finishes crisp, dry, citric, floral, grassy, piney, herbal, cerealic.
Very tasy, super crip Lager! Lots of character, with both rustic notes and more modern hop notes. Drinks extremely easy and balanced, I could drink this all day!

hazy pale yellow colour, large, dense off-white head; aroma of citrusy, some peachy, Belgian yeasty, earthy and floral notes; taste of a mixture of a Belgian Blond and an IPA; I like it!

From Good Times Oakland, best by April 3rd 2030.
Pours a hazy dark amber, nice head of foam, good retention and lacing.
The smell is notes of Brett, fruity tartness, some ascetic sourness.
The taste is fruity tartness, yeasty, ascetic sourness, tasty Brett.
Medium bodied with lively carbonation, I would drink this again.

Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a bright orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was funky yeast, some bitterness. Big and fragrant hops, with yeast, and a big funky character.

0.33 l bottle from 'Etre Gourmet', bottled in June 2025. Slightly hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently fruity-floral and moderately grassy-spicy aroma of hay, some lemon peel and a touch of grains. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral, gently grassy-spicy taste of grains, lemon peel, some fresh grass and a touch of white pepper, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Cracking Pils, fairly crisp and dry, pleasantly aromatic as well.
