Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Oaky and funky aroma with grains and fruity notes. Some tart apple, picking up some stone fruits. Medium sour taste, mild dry. Medium body. Bit like a young Lambic. Nice.

From tap at Taplokaal Gist, Utrecht. Roasty and funky aroma with blueberries, hint of cold coffee. Tart and mild sour with a dry finish. Light to medium body. Nice blend of Stout-related flavours and wild ale.

Bottle. Tart apple syrup aroma with soft oak, only lightly picking up the bourbon. Some malt, darkish fruits. Tart with a fine sourness, only a hint of sweetness. Medium body. Very good.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Batch #3 2023. Aroma is tart berries with blackcurrant, brett funk, herbal notes from the fennel seeds, red and dark berries. Flavour is tart and medium sour with a dry conclusion. Medium body. Fruity, herbal, tart, funky, good dry sourness. Lovely blackcurrant.

Draft at Proeflokaal De Hoppenaar, on an evening with nice beers and good company. Didn't take notes, so this is what I remember: Earthy, subtle pear, spicy cinnamon. Very nice.
