This Märzen poured a medium gold colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, corn syrup, malt and club soda. First swig was slightly sweet with flavours of malt, must and very light perm solution. Finish is malty with just a minimal (good) hop amount that lingers.

This ale poured a deep, dark amber colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Medium lacing. Scents include rich caramel, molasses and brown sugar... I know, they’re basically the same, but we’ve found all these. First swig was nice and malty with heavy caramel flavours and a hint of whiskey. Not overly sweet as expected. Delicious, malty caramel flavours lingering.

This ESB poured a slightly hazy, amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, caramel and toast. First swig was delicious with flavours of caramel malts and lightly bitter hops. Finish is caramel with that hoppy bitterness lingering.
