16oz @ Matt's new place. Appearance: hazy copper with a white head. Aroma: malty, some hops and sweetness with caramel notes. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: quite classic American BW, I would be probably quite impressed by this one 6-7 years ago, but now it's a bit outdated.

Amber, some haze. Just a thin head. Nice fruity aroma, slight stickiness. Some alcohol, with a dry woody character. Good complexity on this.

650mL bottle, pours a clear reddish chestnut brown with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt, toasted caramel, and some nuttiness. Flavour is full of bready malt, caramel, and a hint of toasted nuts. Somewhat earthy, dry bready finish. Good but lacking complexity and depth. Solid enough.
