On tap at le mondiale 2011. Reminds me very much of the dubai just a little dialed back. Good citrus hops and a good maltiness that doesnt take away from the wonderful hoppiness. Very dry bitter finish, a good ipa.

750ml bottle. Assemblage no.2 6%.
Hazy straw colored pour, with a medium off white head. Outstanding horse blanket aroma, great notes of funk. Wet grass, stale hops, pungent sourness. The body is great the mouth feel is perfect. This is where i got a little disapointed. The sourness drops right off in the finish. All the great sour notes just fall off a cliff. The finish turns into a saison. Bitter, cereals, lemon zest and pith, and a slight pepperiness. Quite interesting. A sour ale in the nose, an a saison in the flavor and finish. Would be very interesting to see what some age does to this,

tropical aroma, mango, some pear, even a touch of pineapple. Light yeasty notes, some banana, hints of clove. very lively mouthfeel and carbonation. the finish is medium to high on the bitterness scale. slight malts, and grains in the finish, with more mango, and some grassy hops. i did a double take when i saw the listed style.......im a little confused.

Light hops, citrus, but more resinous, piney. Light toasty malt, a little grainy. Dry finish, decent hoping, light bitterness. Would be a great session ale.

600ml bottle. Clear golden pour, medium white head. Malted wheat is upfront, light citrus, lemon zest, some green hops, and some yeasty esters. Low bitterness, lemon finish, more wheat. Good, not great.

Cask days 2011.
Wonderful yeasty, fruity aroma. Light bready malts, with some tangy tropical fruits. Slightly high carb, mouthfeel was a little over active. Dry finish, light fruity esters, and more bready malts. Great example of the style.

This was an excellent beer!!! A scotch ale with a touch of cherry. The aroma was quite malty, with some nice caramela, and a touch of cherry in the end. The flavour was a nice sweet, but not over powering caramel malt, with a wicked cherry finish. The cherry lingers, and is just a perfect ending.
