500ml bottle from sophiesbeerstore.co.uk. Pale yellow with a fine mist. Aroma of strong cider barn, rich natural apple fruit. Taste presents a fine carbonation, distinctive woody Dunkertons character, nice natural medium apple fruit, comforting soft tannins with a pleasant floral linger. Excellent cider.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a golden with small white bubble. Aroma is nice apple, fresh. Taste is pressed apple some earthiness.

27/3/2020. Bottle from Tuffins Supermarket, Craven Arms. Pours fizzy clear pale gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma is moderately sweet apples, lightly funky, tannic, woody and barnyard. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Finished quite dry. Quite drinkable.

Pours a bit hazed blonde. Scent is strong, sharp, mild acetic acid, dry, mild fruity perception. Taste is strong, high in acids , relatively strong to the acetic side. Pears shine trough mildly, making this a very thirst-quenchening Perry that's mostly reccomended for Geuze-style appreciators. A Perry that offers possibilities both in foodpairing, or in a qualitative drinks menu.

500ml bottle from Real Ale Store, Newark. Gusher on opening. Hazy yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of muck, funky apple. Taste is sweetish, tangy apple, tart, citric, oaky, funk, orchardy with some earthy tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Real Ale Store, Newark. 7.5%. Orangey golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of mucky apple, barnyard funk, earthy. Taste is tangy tart apple, muck, barnyard funky, leathery with spicy earthy tannins. Medium bodied, slightly spritzy carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

On tap at Schilling - PDX, pours a clear golden with a tiny head. Nose brings out gentle rustic farmhouse notes and crisp apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with rustic notes and farmhouse notes. Bone dry and gently funky. Good stuff.

500ml bottle from Cross Lanes Farmshop, Barnard Castle. Golden colour, short-lived foam white head and aroma of mucky funk, fruity apple. Taste is bittersweet apple, orchardy, leathery, barnyard funky, with citric hints and lots of drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, fine soft carbonation, medium-dry mellow tannic finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle at home picked up from Hereford Cider Museum. A light hazed petrol yellow coloured pour with a decent fading effervescence. Aroma is dry funky apple, bark, rubber, tangy apple curd. Flavour is composed of semi sweet apple, spicy funk, tart drying finish. Palate is tart, highish fine bubbles, tart spicy finish. Good stuff.

Wild festival. Clear pale golden. Woody and dry apple with some barn funk. Very dry and crispy. Pretty fly for a UK guy. Medium body with soft fizzy carbonation.
