Box @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Clear mid yellow coloured. Has something of a berry-sweetness in its nose, and very sweet here, although it’s extremely dry in its taste where its apple is to be found.

Bottle shared in Watford. Pours unclear yellow with sediment. Nice and musty on the nose, lots of apple peel, funk. Light sweet flavour with minimal alcohol, drying apples, cellar, light lemony acidity. Light to medium bodied. Quite dry on the finish, funky and musty, some bitter peels. Warmth in the throat. Good stuff.

Bottle at home thanks to Paul, A hazed pale gold coloured pour with a fine fleeting head. Aroma is sweet juicy apple, woody, plastic, hint of funk. Flavour is crisp dry apple, woody tannin, some alcohol, tangy finish. Palate is crisp and dry, moderate carbonation. Nice and refreshing good complexity.

Bottle shared in Watford. It pours hazy bright gold with a tiny bubbly covering. The aroma is earthy, funky, juicy, barnyard, apple skin, apple pie, cinnamon sugar and dirt. The taste is bitter, earthy, funk, must, apple skin, pear, oak and barnyard with a dry, oaky finish. Medium body and a touch of effervescent carbonation. Nice proper oaky barnyard cider. Nice juan.
