Description
We are Fyne Ales, a family-owned Scottish farm brewery. When our brewery was founded in 2001, the goal was not only to make the best quality beer, but to bring jobs, industry and tourism to our community and our quiet corner of rural Scotland. We’ve continued brewing in this spirit ever since. Drawing water from the hills and brewing in converted farm buildings, we create modern, ambitious and progressive beers in a wide variety of styles.

Deep amber color, good creamy off-white head, some lace. Salty hoppy and nutty nose. Good body for this abv, although finish is a bit watery. Licorice-hoppy flavor, light lingering hoppyness. Very typical British bitter and reminds me about Fullers ESB and other Fullers bitters.

Slightly hazy golden color, decent steady white head. Snappy, pineappe-piney hoppyness. Pale malty front the lingering pine needle hoppyness in the finish and aftertaste. Some sweetish fruity notes. A bit weak body, quite typical Golden Ale. Probably from cask ok session ale.
