Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. Light gold, lasting white head. Really good hoppy ale, finish lasting and lasting, glorious bitterness goes on and on. Really tasty beer.

14th December 2010. At the Euston Tap with Harrisoni. Clear amber beer. Little white head. Smooth dry palate. Sublte toffee in the malt. Fairly bitter hop without much accompanying hop fruit. Finishes dry and bitter. Dry and bitter without much else going on - not my cup of char!

MIni-cask that my dad got from the brewery late November 2010 we consumed much of this on his birthday 26.12.10 Cheers dad! Pours dark brown with a nice frothy beige head. Fruity and bitter, nice and tangy, dry and full of berry tastes. Nice beer had to have a few of these. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.5

Bottle that my dad brought along, consumed 25.12.10 Pours dark amber this is fruity and with a little bit of body, tasty with nice hoppy flavour and good malty backbone. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Bottle that my dad brought along, consumed 25.12.10 Pours light amber with a white bubbly head, quite neutral on the aroma front. There is a steady bitterness, standard sort of bitter but decent enough, finishing with a pleasant citrus bite. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.2

Half pint, cask conditioned ale at Guildford Arms. Fragile white tophead to an almost, clear golden body. Aroma of fruity hops and toffee malts. Sappy, tropical fruits in flavour featuring lemon and grapefruits. Smooth herbal hops to the ending. Well-composed brew (Edinburgh, 29.11.2010).

Cask at the Euston Tap. Clear, amber-gold pour with a foamy, white head. Bready malt and caramel aroma. Moderately sweet with toasted bread, brown sugar, caramel and berries. Light-medium in body with fine carbonation. Some earth, herb and light citric hops linger in the finish, with more mild, bready hops. Quite good.

Cask at the Euston Tap. Opaque brown pour with a thick, beige head. Dark, semi-hard chocolate malts, some dry, roasted cocoa beans. Wonderful flavor, full and rich. Tons more cocoa and roast. Light sugars and charred wood. Medium bodied with smooth carbonation and slight warmth. Tons of roast in the finish, mild minerality in the malts, some sweet, dry cocoa. Just superb.

On tap at the Euston Tap. Good creamy tan head. Light semi soft and semi dry palate. Very light and mild dark malt. A little sweet fruit underneath, cherry and other red fruits. Very mild minerals. Interesting stout - more fruit than dark malt!! Nice though and very east drinking. Finishes soft and semi dry. Nice!
