Bottle from Brewtopia ’04 Cloudy deep yellow color with a creamy medium sized head. Nice lace on the glass. Wonderful aroma of lemon meringue pie, vanilla, cinnamon and apples. Spicy and refreshing. Tart with a sweet finish. Fruity. Very nice beer.

An orange beer with a white disappearing head. The aroma is sweet with notes of coriander - a nice aroma for a wit. The flavor is dominated by wheat but also has notes of coriander and lemon before a dry end sets in. The body is thin and the flavor is boring.

Cloudy light tan colour. Aroma is malty-yeasty with slight lemon and grapefruit notes. Malty palate is slightly yeasty, with a little bit of lemon and coriander leading to a sweetish finish.

Hazy amber with a thin head. A little bit of brown sugar kicks things off in terms of aroma, followed by apricot and grapefruit. Rounded candied fruit flavours mingle with a large malt presence (caramel, toast) and firm alcohol backbone. Cherry notes appear during the sweet finish alongside flowery notes. Definitely a dessert beer.

A orange beer with sediment floating around and a fine white head. Both the aroma and flavor is sweet with notes of coriander and oranges. The body is a little thin.

An orange beer with a beutiful dense white head. The aroma is of grass and yeast. The flavor is of yeast and a dry coriander finish. This beer tastes more like an ale than a pilsener - this mystifies me. For an ale it is good - but for a pilsener it is bad.

A beutiful red beer with a beutiful dense beige head. The aroma is sweet of berries and spices - most profound is black currant. The flavor is dry with notes of coriander and berries. A nice bockbier.

Golden to copper color; creamy head. Poor aroma, some grass. Rich taste, well malty with a strong and almost fruity bitterness; strong final, somehow aromatic.

Hazy orange-amber, flunky; huge, very-fine bubbled yellowish head. Very fruity & yeasty nose, meat-notes, ending in flowery hops. Dry-bitterish taste, hoppy flavour and some biscuit. Dry, spicey finish. Very dry, alcohol obvious, warming goes up. Hoparoma prolonged in the aftertaste. Strong amber ale, hoppy "à souhait", and most important, an impressive balance for an impressive ale.
