Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Rödbrun klar vätska, krämigt medelhögt skum. Söt vinös djup doft. Läder, plommon, söt vinäger, sherry. Söt men med lite sträva tanniner, ganska tuff lite vinägeraktig syra, plommon med kärnor, mörka körsbär, fat. Bra balans, komplex, mycket gott.

Bottle from deanso/kermis shared tickbox at cellar cleanout tasting at deanso’s. Thanks! Red hazy white head. Sweet and sour cherries, lactic sour. Under medium sweet, medium sour, light saltiness from mineral touch. Medium body, soft carbonation and minerallike texture.

Bottle shared thanks to kermis and deanso. Clear ruby pour with a thin pink head. Notes of cherries, cherry jam, almonds. Medium body, medium carbonation and a sour and lightly sweet finish.

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Airy, off-white head, leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Misty orange coloured body. Dry and tart nose with an impact of yeasty. Flavour profile follows suit with sour fruit, yeast and cheese. Lingering mid-dry, tart and sweet ending. Refreshing cleanser, Food friendly with the fish (Tromsø 09.07.2016).

F: big, white, good retention. C: hazy golden orange to amber. A: sourness of barnyard mainly, funky, orange, vine, oak, some hints of citrusy. T: sour of barnyard, citrusy, white vine, woody, yeasty earthiness, barrel oak, grapes, crisp, green apples, dry palate bitterness, medium body, normal carbonation, nice beer, worth to try, 0,33l bottle from Carrefour in Brussels.

Bottleshare on the England Football team night of shame! Thanks to Paul. Hazy deep amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has good fine carbonation. Nice Flemish red tang. Tangy winey red fruits. Traces of lemon and wood. Airy finish. Nice enough.

75 cl bottle. Hazy golden, huge white fluffy head, leaving lots of lacings. Aroma is herbal, yeast, citrus, cut grass, hay. Taste is malty and gum like at first, citrus, phenolic yeasty grassy bitterness, slight marzipan, dry finish, slight alcohol tone. Medium to big body, medium carbo, sharp bubbles. Well made.

330 ml bottle. Slightly unclear golden body with a medium sized off-white head. Nice aroma of pale malt, berries and light funky. Flavor is sweet malt with mild acidic berries, fruit, wood and funk. Fine balance in flavor and body, pleasant, long lasting aftertaste. Very nice.
