27th Jan 2020. Shrewsbury Beer Exchange in Chez Sophie, our first ever 'no alcohol' tasting. 39 different beers, we managed 26 before we bloated ourselves out, this was beer number 18. Can, 440ml BB; 7th Oct 2020. Light/pale golden body, weak white head. Not a lot going on aroma wise, mild lime/citrus hints maybe, taste also a bit non-descriptive, again with a citrus/lime twist. More hops than malts, but not too much of either.

My nightmare sort of beer, a fruit flavoured Gose with no alcohol. 440ml can; BB 30th Sep 2020. Raspberry notes in a watery Gose, no thanks.

440ml can @ DryJan Beer Tasting, Chez Sophie, Jan '20. Clear gold appearance, foamy white head. Good sweet jammy raspberry nose. Nice sugary raspberry presence to taste, light crisp.. strange prickly cucumber on the finish, but that could just be me. Decent.

Bottle at home, wife picked it up by mistake, 26th January 2020. Pours clear. Aroma has light hops, citrus. Taste is actually OK, citrus, light bitter, Fine for no alcohol

330ml can from Booze Free UK during DryJan. Pours pale gold, small foamy white head that dissipates fast. Aroma is very thin lagery malt. Overall character is of a super thin, watery lager.. not a lot of body to this, very weak flavour, could do with a bit more sweetness in future.

KØLF 291119. Dark brown color with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, licorice. Flavor is burnt, roasted malt, licorice, lactose, coffee. Nice low alcohol.

Bottle from Tesco. Clear deep golden body with a thin off-white head that fades. Steady carbonation. Aroma of copper and minerals. Flavour of rust and tonic water. Thin body with a watery texture. Light fizz. Metallic but fairly inoffensive.

Bottle from Honest Brew. Dark brown body with a thin beige head. Faint lacing. Aroma of twigs and copper. Flavour of stainless steel, brown sugar and Marmite. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. Sugary and metallic.
