Keg at Mother Kelly’s, 05/04/15. Clear golden topped with a decent off white swirl. Nose is candied fruit peel, bubblegum, banana, pear drops. Taste comprises caramel, yeast esters, bubblegum, citric notes, banana, toffee, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok tripel, not too sweet, good balance.

Taste comprises tangerine, straw, light spice, faint herbal tones, earthy, lemon peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok saison but doesn’t deliver a great deal.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Clear golden color, average sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly grassy, some yeast, a hint of fruitpeel and fruitpeel bitter. Lingering fruitpeel bitter in the finish. Decent body, soft carbonation.

Draft at Uiltje Bar. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, saison yeast, bread, some weedy hops. Flavor is light sweet and light to moderate bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen - fuzzy golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is floral and grassy and yeasty, with some zesty lemon notes, straw, banana, light herbal nuance and coriander spice. Nice.

Golden with a lasting white head. Strong and unpleasant spicy aroma of clove and cinnamon. Very sweet, cloying spicy flavour
