Hazy pale yellow, huge airy white head. Aroma has lemon and yeast. Bittersweet, malty and lightly funky flavour, citrus and Belgian yeast. Gets more phenolic later on and a little rougher. Still pretty nice.

Danish stout brewed at Anders in Belgium. Creamy, yellowish beige, thick head over a very dark burgundy coloured beer, but not opaquely black as expected. Aroma of iron (probably head stabilizer), caramel, hazelnuts, dried leaves, baked banana; sweetish, caramelly taste with unmistakable iron again, toasted, coffee grounds bitterishness in the end with a leafy hop bitterishness, drying. Fairly enjoyable but the iron does disturb me a bit; could use more body too, certainly for this style.
