Bottle at Bumba. Aroma of tart, dry yeast and funky barnyard. Taste has some funk, dry yeast, tart, feces and hay. Like a funky barn with poo. Good nevertheless.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is very nice leather funk, prunes, dough. Taste is dough, prunes, milky, very complex, peppery finish. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very, very good!

Sampled @ Borefts Pre-tasting. Uclear yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, wheat, typical saison yeast, citrussy, bretty. Quite nice. 8-3-8-4-15.

Pre-Borefts tasting. 75cl Bottle. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of straw, hay, funk, light Brett, lemons, light fruity. Flavour is tart, funky, yeasty, dry, malty, lemon, tart finish. Light bodied. Aroma was very promising, flavour a bit of let-down.

Bottle shared at pre-Borefts tasting. Thanks for sharing all! Hazy yellow with white head. Lots of lambic funk, light lemon, soft spicy yeast, light wheat, dank herbs, deep farmyard, lemon balm, horse poop. Light sour and bitter, quite light sweet. Over light bodied. A bit watery but lovely aroma.

Borefts pre-tasting, 2018. Poured a hazy straw colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big yeast, citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sour with a light, crisp, fresh, yeasty, woody, bubbly palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation.
