Odense twenty twenty winter pt 1 tasting. Hazy golden with a big white head. Fruity and funky aroma. Dry, funky and slightly tart flavour with grassy and herbal hops and a quite bitter finish.

Bottle at Delices. Light, pale blond. Easy drinking, not too hoppy, light grain, little bit of sweetness at the end. Nice but a little underwhelming.

Several bottles. Where did this rating go? 75cl bottle. Bought @ Tilquin, October 2018. Pours hazy deep Golden with a creamy large head. Funky and Woody. Saison-ish with grass, yeast and barnyard in front. Dryish lambic finish. Lovely!

Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast, grapes, wine, brett. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity yeast, saison yeast, wheat - dough, citric, grapes, wine, lemony, brett - funky.
