Fairly clean, brown colour with some ruby-copper-amber highlights. The head is warm, light-beige, with average retention and some light soapy lacing spots. Raisins, apples in the nose with a base of sweet, darker malts with a tad molasses, grass and wood. Some plum flavours with the apples, but not really sweet, helped by the hops, nor syrupy. Hints of tart from woody-leaves touch. A decent Scotch Ale that is not overly punchy, so easy-drinking.

Second time through on this one. A little bottle aging seems to have done it some good. Nose is relatively understated with dark fruit, tropical fruit and brown sugar standing forward. There are some interesting taste elements in the quad - ripe berries, caramel, dried fruit, and a finish that adds in buscuity malt, a little hop bitterness and some bubble gum yeast. There is a nice alcohol burn that emerges mid-taste and holds until the end.

Hazy yellow pour, small white head. quite yeasty, sharp green hops, light tropical fruit, pale slightly musty malts. Finish is medium bitter, slightly sweet, and fruity, a little tart and very acidic. A little messy and all over the place, but promissing.

Black pour, big beige head. Sweet, roasty aroma, notes of plums, and some stale hops. Wet paper and an odd soapy flavor are also quite prominent. The hops come through in the finish but are very subtle. Meh, nothing special.

Black pour, tiny beige head. Light roasty aroma, but lots of wet paper, and minerals with some sweet malts and light frurit. Body is a little flat, carb is very soft. The finish is sweet, roasty malts, but also quite fruity, but the wet paper, minerals come back. I think this bottle might be a bit past its prime, but its still decent.

Clean, mid-golden colour with a frothy-foamy head, decent retention and soapy lacing spots. Fresh, grassy-herbal hop aromas over the mild cereal malt. The crisp mouthfeel works well with the beautiful hoppiness, that turns into a drying finish. Quite a refreshing, herbal-hopped, easy-drinking Organic IPA that I will have again.

Fairly clean, golden-amber colour with a big creamy, light-beige head, long lasting and leaving thick creamy-foamy lacing. Aromas of good cereal malts giving the grain, some fruitiness, roastiness, all blended with some grassiness, deep greens. The taste shows the deep-greenness with some herbs, mild fruity notes and good cereal-grains. A tad caramel comes out in the nose eventually. Very nice dryness building in the finish. Quite a nice Pale Ale, with a lot going on.

Older can from 2022 I found, sitting there alone. Clean, golden-amber colour with a frothy whitish cap, average stay and lacing spots. The coffee really starts coming out in the nose, after we start with some alcohol and floral notes. Some decent bitterness in the taste, but blended with fruitiness from the malts and the coffee is softer here. A tad caramel malt in the background. Still holds on well after all of those years. A nice, easy-drinking White Stout, with the coffee that replaces the roasted malts, but still gives that roastiness of a Stout.

Juste acceptable. Hazed, golden colour with a frothy-bubbly white cap, average stay and some streaks of tiny-bubbled foam lacing. Lemon zest over mild orange juice and oats. Juicy, citrus flavours with some light dryness in the end. Nothing fancy here, but a decent, juicy IPA.
