Tap at Muted Horn. Slightly hazy golden-orange body, no head. Soft, sweetish-tart, oily aroma, funk, light phenolic undertone. Dry tart taste, light paint, white grape, tart, juicy, okay carbonation, very well made!

On tap at ca' del brado. Pours a clear amber with a small head. Aroma is funky, barnhouse, floral and a light hop note. Flavour is smooth and sweet and sour, lots of Brett, some savoury lambic notes. Nice.

On tap at the brewpub. This is the 2023 vintage. Pours a clear gold, small head. Aroma is apricot, thyme, floral, honey. Medium body. Flavour is sweet, slightly sweet and sour. Intense creamy apricot flavour, light lactose note, earthy in the finish. Lovely complexity but also so much fresh and intense apricot. Lovely.

Bottle at ca' del brado. An excellent Collab with Oud berseel, this is a lovely and smooth lambic blend. Only a light acidity cuts through here, the smoothness on the other hand is really what makes this beer. Floral, notes of hay and almost an umami savouriness define the flavour. Lovely all around.

Cask after a lovely cheese and beer tasting. Pours black with a thick head at first. Aroma is dark malts, sweet malt, chocolate and caramel, odd funk. Medium body, very smooth. Flavour is sweet, malty and quite rich, some chocolate and a touch of lactose. Nice easy drink Brett porter.

Tap at Winter Affair. Murky red body, off-white head. Brett-driven aroma, dry, some fruity notes. Sweeter taste - brett, cherries and oak, minerally, very well balanced, nailing that sweet & sour vibe. Very good stuff!

375 ml 2021 bottle. Cloudy light red no head. Lots of funk and brett, almost ripe sour cherries, lactic acid, some barrel notes, fermented hay, barn yard, lemon juice. Dry acidic sourness. Medium bodied, oily watery texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry sour fruity finish. Nice complex fruity sour ale.
