Fra fat på Il Locale på Åboulevard, aug-18: klar lys gylden med fint skum. Nydelig, funky aroma og smak med grønne druer, gjær, stall, eik/vanilje og lime. Slank og elegant. En dyr men raffinert saison her i den nydelige kveldssolen på fortauet.

Draft - Funky Sour Brett notes. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Soured White grape, lots of funk and oak notes. Nice dry finish.

Tasting glass @ Billie’s Bier Kafétaria. Hazy orange, small hazy white head. Nose is funky apricot, some vinegar, glue, funk, Pu’er tea is low luckily since I am not a fan of Pu’ er tea. Taste is all glue paint, vinegar, acidic, paint, harsh all glue vinegar harsh, too much in that profile with low fishy Pu’ er tea minor almost lost in the back. Thicker glue & white bread paint body. Not a fan of this overly paint & vinegar taste, not a huge fan of this brewery / blender in general.

Bottle, at Ranzani 13. Hazy golden, medium white head. Funk, some citrus, lemon, quite light horse blanket, moderate sourness. Dry finish. Medium bodied.

Draft - Fruity Brett funk. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Tart grapefruit up front, nice balanced acidity and touch of funk. Solid.

Bottle - Funk, berry and barrels. Some light petrol. Clearish pink with almost no head. Effervescent, light rose petal, tannic and dry. Long finish with some earthy barrel notes. Tannins take away from the actual flavour, which is too bad.

Bottle @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Color cognac, viva, limpida, schiuma virtualmente assente. Al naso note di bretta, frutta rossa, sottobosco, mentuccia, lievito, leggera nota acetica. In bocca è acida, vinosa, tart, leggermente acetica. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ottima, e con margini di miglioramento.
