Pours murkey, dark orange. No real foam. Full on funk, wood, and of course peach. Taste is full, tart, dry, wood, brett, very fleshy fruit. Low carbo. Thick body, especially for this style. Has a very doughy character , reminding of a mixed fermentation sour ale such as 'cuvee jeune homme' . Good beer

On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Dorata pallida, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note citriche, di vino bianco, leggermente speziata, cuoio, legno. In bocca è acida senza eccessi, ma di carattere, vinosa, straordinaria. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Birra fantastica.
