Keg at Babajan, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, rich creamy head. Lemony nose with mild oak and brett. Medium bodied with rounded, spritzy mouthfeel - very dry. Lemon and cobwebs, grass and oak. Lambic-ish with stale hops, citric acid and cobwebs. Long bitter finish. Elegant and tasty.

Keg at Babajan, Stockholm. Cloudy pale amber, mid sized creamy head. Bretty nose with cobwebs, hay and lemon. Mildly tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lemon, cobwebs and grain. Mid bitter finish. Distinct brett character. Nice, but somewhat one-dimensional.

On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Color pesca giallona, un po' torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso intense note di frutta gialla, albicocca, mango, citrica, lattica. In bocca è acida decisa ma senza eccessi, fresca fruttata e lattica, pulita. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ottima.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Dorata, lievemente torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso note di bretta, uva, vino bianco, fieno, stalla. In bocca è succosa, acida, vinosa, un filo astringente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Sensazioni da lambic, buonissima... complimenti!

Bottle shared by Alberto (thanks ippopotamo36!). Dorata, lievemente torbida, schiuma leggera a bolle grossolane. Al naso sentori di mela ed erba tagliata, uva, stalla. In bocca è molto morbida, l'acidità è medio-bassa, sembra anche abbastanza più pulita. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. La migliore delle quattro provate, non me lo aspettavo.

Al naso sentori vinosi, uva, scorza di agrumi e aghi di pino, anche una nota balsamica. In bocca è morbida, acidità medio-bassa, discreta nonostante manchi un po' in pulizia. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Buona.

Al naso sentori di frutta a polpa gialla e uva, lattico, cantina, stalla. In bocca è morbida, acidità moderata, lieviti, un po' terrosa, discreta secchezza, manca leggermente di spunto e non è pulitissima. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. In evoluzione.

Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, wood, buttermilk and wine. Light sour flavour, quite vinous. Finish yoghurt, wood and wine.

@ BXLfest 2017. Couleur un peu plus orange que la versions Brux, col blanc léger. Arôme au nez plus marqué au niveau des bretts. Houblonné perce en rétro et donne un effet de note verte fraiche. Palais indique bien le côté levure sauvage, brett avec une petite pointe aigrelette plus marquée et sur un élément citrique et citronné sur la fin. Retrouve un effet de lambic en fin de bouche avec impression de sécheresse, veille cave.
