Bottle at a private tasting in Rome-Italy, with daniele and Mortlach. Golden semi clear poir, minimal gassy head. Nose: much citric, a bit lactic far away, tannins, fruity an floral sour pinch. Lovely. Mouth: Easy...really easy and tasty. Clean sourness, balanced, velvety.
