Bottle at a private tasting in Rome-Italy, with daniele and Mortlach. Pours hazy golden pour, decent white foam. Nose: lovely feel of a beatification, pine needles, citrus, brett. Mouth: easy, again easy, sour is balanced and silky, bitterness is soft.

Bottle at a private tasting in Rome-Italy, with daniele and Mortlach. Hazier golden pour, tick white foam with proper retention. Nose is fantastic, peachy, sour, apricot, lovely. Mouth: easy, lovely, sour and fruity, decent dry/bitter finish. Yes!

Bottle at a private tasting in Rome-Italy, with daniele and Mortlach. Golden hazy pour, little foam leaving a consistent lacing. Nose: lactic a bit citric, more fruit, apricot pulp, brett. Mouth: more consistent than the Brux, fruiter, ticker, sourness is very mild.

Bottle at a private tasting in Rome-Italy, with daniele and Mortlach. Golden semi clear poir, minimal gassy head. Nose: much citric, a bit lactic far away, tannins, fruity an floral sour pinch. Lovely. Mouth: Easy...really easy and tasty. Clean sourness, balanced, velvety.
