@ BXLfest 2017. Dorée sur note paille, col fin blanc. Arôme offre de fines effluves de levue sauvage et un rappel direct aux bières de DLS. Petit fruité tirant sur abricot arrive en retrait et offre une sensation de brett. Palais est marqué sur l'effet de levure sauvage, brett like, bien fruité avec un houblonné US qui reste un peu plus discret, peut être a dans la balance entre acidité et amertume - levure et houblon, alcool même à 7% est bien là également.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy pale gold colour lasting white head. wild aroma. Lemon. Like a kettle sour lemon yoghurt. Its ok. I guess. Like lemon meringue pie but sour.

@ BXLfest 2017. Dorée, paille, col épais blanc. Arôme au bouquet bien fruité, note de brett, levure sauvage, abricot, petite note de boisé chêne et de cuir. Palais est léger mais tenant un belle note aigrelette, sec en bouche avec un effet marqué de grains - pils. Houblonné un peu noble, fruité citrique et touche farineuse, brett; fruits à noyaux avec encore un effet sec de cuir. Petite pointe amer sur la fin.

Thank you for sharing Martinus! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. This brewery has an interesting concept but most of their stuff tastes just like off beer which it might be at times I suppose. Pale citrus golden, white head. Nose is weird spoiled, chemical, plaster, yeast, spoiled milk. Taste is spoiled plaster yeast, dough, milky plaster yeast,… Body is the same.

(28/08/2017) Thank you for sharing Martinus! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. This brewery has an interesting concept but most of their stuff tastes just like off beer which it might be at times I suppose. Orange, white head. Nose is weird spoiled yoghurt, citrus, spoiled milky. Taste is stale plaster, sour old IPA, yeast, dough, body is yeast, stale plaster IPA, nope. (27/08/2018) Tasting glass draft @ Billie’s Bier Kafétaria. Near clear golden, solid creamy white. Nose is lemon sour, picles, glue, acidic, paint,… Taste is lemon, almost watery, glue, acidic, picles, rotting wheat spoiled aftertaste, green apple,… Bit watery,… More Ca’ Del Brado that is part nice & part just not good.

Thank you for sharing RB crew! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. Milky citrus golden, little white head. Nose is peach, apricot, nice fruit. Taste is oddly mix of first very sweet milky then vinegar with bit apricot & peach. Nice vinegar & milky body. Very nice, far better than their other experiments.

Sampled at BLX Beer Fest. Hazy straw yellow pour with a thin white head. Notes of citrus, lemongrass, light brett and wild funk. Light bodied, clean and refreshing.

Little hazy apricot blonde beer, small creamy irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet ripe fruits, funky, bit spicy, candy. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, lots of apricots, so much fruit, slightly sourish, very nice! Aftertaste: little bitter, some tannins, bit acidic, very fruity finish!
