Tap at Babajan. Hazy golden with white head. Tart, vinous and grainy. Some hay, citrus and green apple skin. Pretty sour. Overall pretty nice.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Rossastra, mediamente torbida, schiuma biancastra medio-leggera. Al naso note di frutta rossa, ciliegia, fruttata, vinosa, citrica, leggero acetico. In bocca è acida decisa, fruttata, tart, leggermente astringente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Interessante, ma va rifinita.

Tap @Gentle Boozers (Rome). Ruby dark color, pinkish regular foam with little retention. Nose: tannin, berries, raspberries and a wide range of wild fruit. Terrific. Mouth: soft sour again, grassy, thyme, lovely feel of red fruit.

On tap @So Good! (Rome-Italy). It pours an opalescent and almost juicy light amber color, frothy ivory cap. Nose: quite vinous, grapefruit forward, highlights of fruit...actually peach jam, which becomes predominant after a while the beer stays in the glass. Nice. Mouth: silky, sourness is there but quite hidden, again grapefruit mild tartness, clean finish a bit peppery.

Tap@Bishops Arms Savoy - Golden pour with small white ringed head. Sour fruity with some notes of lemon, straw, nice bready accents going on, barnyard notes, touch of orchard fruit, tart fruity close.
