Cask (handpump) @ Crown and Kettle, 2 Oldham Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England M4 5FE.Clear medium to dark orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, light wood, light vanilla. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet apple, red apple, red ripped sweet apples, light dry finish. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, vanialla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet apples, red apples, vanilla. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20130121]

Hazy amber color, flat. Light apple aroma. The mouthfeel is dry and fairly acidic; it has more vinegar character than apple; the final is very dry.
A rough cider, with some interest, but not very skilled.
