Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Clear orange golden color, small white head. Smell and taste apple strongly, sweet and (Dutch) appelmoes. Hmm don’t really like it, sweeter than I had expected.

Polycask at Banbury Beer Festival, Thursday 8th May 2014 Sparkling gold, good clarity. Apples, stewed, juicy, some apple pie, little nutmeg, bit sweet but good. This is pleasant and despite the sweetness has plenty going for it. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

Draught at Dr Phil’s real ale house Middlesbrough. Clear, deep orangey golden colour, no head and fruity apple aroma. Sourish fruity apple flavour, bittersweet with vanilla & honey notes plus some light tannin. Slightly oily but thin mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, low carbonation, clean finish.
