8/III/25 - 33cl bottle as a gift, shared with Alengrin @ home, BB: 23/IV/26, BR104 (2025-267) Thanks to Bierridder for the bottle!

Clear yellow blond beer, big creamy solid white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: bleh, DMS, dirty, weird, funky, yeast, some olives, banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty grains, hay, watery, gentle bitterness, pretty sweet, some vegetables, malty. Aftertaste: more malts, grains, sweet, celery, soft bitterness, hay, cow fodder, a little metallic, don’t like it at all.

Bottle from Hopduvel (?). Clear red-brown, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of sour cherries, red grape, lemon, passion fruit, cinnamon, tobacco leaves, wet wood, chestnuts on damp forest floor, balsamic vinegar. Taste has sour cherry, passion fruit, some red grape surrounded by funky balsamic & malt vinegar, lemon acid and a herbal tobacco note in a yoghurty malt body. Faint herbal hops in the finish, tart woody tannins, quite some vinegar lingering. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Nice herbal touches here and there, but the main profile is quite intense vinegary. I need more of this!

Bottle at the STR tasting I randomly stumbled upon and got invited to (huge thanks guys!). Copperish body, some head, no notes of it though. Huge raspberry-driven aroma, not much else, some oxidation maybe. Lean, dry, tart raspberry-driven, slightly oxidized taste, not too acetic. Okay.

Bottle shared at the DCBeer February share. Poured a really nice red wine red color with a small off-white head. Aroma was really nice grapes, light acid. Vinous, vinegar. Really delicious.

From tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels. Aroma is overripe sour fruits, oak, bready malt, caramel, some toffee, prunes, vinegar. Flavour is rather impressively sour, a true flavour-bomb. Body is medium. Very tasty, lots of sourness.

Bottle at home. Aroma is light pale malt, straw, spicy yeast, fruity notes, light citrussy, touch of perfume, some hoppy notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium. Not a bad hoppy Belgian Ale.
