On tap at 't Brugs Beertje Brugge. Hazy pale ish gold colour lasting white head. There is a neipa character to the aroma. But also a saison yeast as well on aroma. It's got neipa hops all over it. Then a saison runs the other side. Is it harmonious. Dies it work? For me I would have preferred a straight up saison .this is fine but not really for me.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Original. Pours murky brown with a beige head. Dark sugars, berries, and balsamic on the nose. Flavour is very tart, lots dark berries and plenty of balsamic vinegar. Hard to finish; not very good.

330 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with moderate fizzy head. Aromas of chocolate, wood, and roasted malts. Flavors follow same with additional rum notes. Tons of carbonation makes things interesting, bringing out more chocolate and roasted notes while hiding a bit of the alcohol
