Bottle at Oude Arsenall, Antwerp, Belgium, 06-10-06. Was told by Pieter at Oude Arsenaal to try this as he said it was limited to just 75,000 bottles. Poured red with a slight haze and a nice pink vimto like head, aroma is sour and instantly of cherries though not overpoweringly so, taste is tart but with cherries really coming to the fore, very nice beer that just got better with each and every sip.

Tap at M.S. Milky orange/yellow, lacing head. Sweet and perfumed - tropical fruit (apple, mango, pineapple, peaches). Mellow sparkly mouthfeel. Really most of all reminds of a particulary sweet wit.

Sehr fruchtiger süßer Geruch. Das Bier ist mir deutlich zu süß zum Ende hin (wobei sich das im Laufe des Tests legt), am Anfang dagegen etwas zu schal. Die Herbe im Mittelteil wirkt irgendwie etwas verloren. Nicht so sehr erfrischend, wie ich es von anderen Lambics gewöhnt bin denn das Ganze wirkt wenig aufeinander abgestimmt.
