From tap. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malty and raspberry, light sulphorish. Fruity, bergamotte. Light bodied. Bitter, fruity and dark roasted malty. Lingering fruity and dark malty finish.

Keg at Borefts day1 26/09/2014. Bodegraven. Aroma is salty grapefruit sour, lime, kie lime pie. Translucent yellow / gressnish coloured pour with a small white head. Palate is earthy grapefruit, salted, with a nice touch of floral zesty lime. Palate is sharp with moderate carbonation.

Keg at Borefts day1 26/09/2014. Bodegraven. Hazed light purple coloured pour with a halo of pink head. Aroma is earthy woody, light yougurt, blueberry yougurt and a little fruit. Flavour is composed of light tart blueberry fruit, light tartness, some wood, blueberry yougurt funk. Palate is nice and fresh, light tart, highish carbonation. Nice and refreshing.

[ As Mont Saleve Black Indians ].Clear dark black brown color with a average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, grapefruit, roasted, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140926]

Keg at Borefts day1 26/09/2014. Bodegraven. Shit water murky brown with a halo of white head. Aroma is sour funk, funky apricot jam. Flavour is composed of dry funk, wood, jammy apricot, dry thin finish. Palate is thin and dry. Weird dry wood mould, Not satisfying.

Keg at Borefts day1 26/09/2014. Bodegraven. Black / dark caramel coloured pour with a light tan head that fades. Aroma is soapy lemon citrus, pine, spicy hop, hint of roast. Flavour is composed of wood, sweet caramel, piney hop. Palate is medium full bodied, melts in the mouth. Decent but not great. Lingering piney and lemon citrus.

Aroma is moderate malty, bread, rye, caramel, moderate hoppy, dusty. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dusty, rye, bread, caramel.
