Yes , I got to try Fonefan’s favourite beer ( haha ) . Pours fuzzy amber , smell is a bit funky . Some lemon . Taste is sour-ish , bit bitter, with a herbal , almost soapy taste next to it . Aftertaste is only the soapy character , which I don’t like , really . Sourness is very nice and balanced though

Wine and oak ( mostly oak , actually) shine trough , and build up even intenser in the aftertaste . Some funky grains as well . Nice , super interesting beer .

Thanks to RichardBerg & Thomas. Big bottle (750? ml.), drank a good sized glass from it. Pours a hazy apricot, bubbly white head. Nose is typical USA, yoghurt, dough sweet, light sweetish white wine, sugary,… Taste is sweet, white sugar, dough, faint white wine, caramel, sweet, white grape, peel. Faint funk behind the sweetness. Lightly yeast & high carbonation. Drinks decently but its nothing particularily impressive & it lacks all complexity.
