Bottle. Pours dirty gold small white head. Nose and taste of grapefruit, toasty oats, grass, orange peel, spicy yeast and lemongrass with a touch of sour funk from the brett. Medium body. In a few months, this beer should be in its prime.

Bottle - Dark malts, sourness, yeasts, grass and spice. Jet black with a light brown head. Chocolate, dark malts and a funky yeasty finish. Fun, weird and not a saison.
