Transmitter Brewing, LIC 750ml: Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma is slightly funky, a bit citrusy, and some more fruit is up in there as well. Taste is only very slightly sour. Taste and body are relatively light. Some light fruitiness. Pretty good, but a bit underwhelming.

From the brewery: Pours really pale with a bubbly head. Aroma is light grain and some yeast. Taste is very light. Body is very, very bubbly. The beer is really more memorable for its body than taste. It kind of tastes like mineral water. Could have used some work. I look forward to future grisettes.

From the brewery I get this bottle: Pours dark orange with a white head. Loads of flowers, fruits, and a sharp hint of booze. Taste is sweet with a nice little bitter hoppy undertone. Plenty of flowers throughout, which are probably the dominant flavor. This is not really a tripel in my opinion, but it is quite a tasty Belgian Strong Ale (to my mind).

Bottle brought by me across the pond to tasting at Craigs. Gusher but that’s probably my bad for choosing a brett saison with a cork. pours kinda ugly brownish gold. nose is farmhouse and citrus. tastes rather funky of hay, lemon, florals, Brett, some toffee, and earh. very high carbonation with fine aftertaste
