Bottle 500ml. clear glass.Clear medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, whisky ala a Canadan Dry (ginger beer) with whisky, (give me good thoughts since in the old days a did drink a lot of Canadan Dry with whisky in the summer at the patio ;O)). Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, light whisky but w/o alcohol. Body is medium, texture is watery to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100205]

Bottle 500ml. clear glass @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg.Clear light to medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, wood, sweet fruity, apple juice ekstragt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to modderate acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100220]

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly head. Sweet and strong apple aroma with a touch of alcohol. Dry , sweet and warm flavor. Clean. Ends dry.

Clear golden with a tiny off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with apples. Flavour was somewhat dry with apples. Finished dry.

Bottled. A dark golden cider with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples and a bit of citrus. The flavor is sweet with thick notes of apples with a thick body, and a lightly tart finish. Nice one.

Bottle, 7.2%. Shiny golden colour. There is almost no aroma, but the flavour is distinct. Quite sweet flavour, some apple, a bit of acid. OK balance, acidic and sweet.
