Bottled, halloween tasting @ cgarvieuk. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma is sweet fruits, honey, apple. Flavour is sweet apple, honey. Sickly sweet finish. Way too sweet.

Bottle at Craigs big Edinburgh tasting, this bottle courtesy of ’Craig’, thanks mate. Shared in company of Craig, Stella, Jan, Charlotte, Fritz and Loz 30.10.10 The aroma is very sweet with this, that’s the first thing that I noticed. Mmmhh.. this is a bit syrupy and with sacchrine sweetness also showing, colour is very yellow. it’s an awful sweet mess, bit like a boiled sweet with sherbert centre which is fine but not how I like my cider’s. Bottle 500ml. clear glass.Clear medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, whisky ala a Canadan Dry (ginger beer) with whisky, (give me good thoughts since in the old days a did drink a lot of Canadan Dry with whisky in the summer at the patio ;O)). Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, light whisky but w/o alcohol. Body is medium, texture is watery to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100205]

Aroma is moderate apple, wood, sweet fruity, apple juice ekstragt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to modderate acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100220]
