Nice big, chunky IPA, big notes of orange marmalade and peach and pineapple followed by caramel and pine. Very drinkable, nice surprise from Abita.

Very relaxed, mild, American-style pilsner, with a mix of sweet grain, straw, and hints of lemon on top of a mild floral bitterness and a touch of skunkiness. Weird that they chose this style and recipe for such a big anniversary beer.

Pours a pale golden with a thin white head. Aroma of strawberry ice cream. Taste has more artificial strawberry flavoring. Palate has much of the same. Ok.

Pours a slightly reddish amber with a thin white head. Aroma of sweetened malt. Taste has mildly smoked malted barely, some residual sweetness. Palate is mildly herbal, lingering malt, sweet. Good.

Pours a mildly hazy yellow with a thin frothy white head. Aroma of tropical notes, pineapple, mild spice. Taste has odd pine notes overlain on a fairly tropical malt base, herbal. Palate has lingering pineapple, fermented mango, Belgian yeast. Lots of Belgian yeast. Interesting.

Bottle shared on the bus during RBWG 2015. Cheers! Pours clear, deep brown with a creamy, tan head. Big sweet flavour with notes of toasted bread, light vanilla, chocolate. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Tasty finish, more chocolate, creamy vanilla. Good stuff.

Bottle. Hazy gold, white head. Melon, tropical fruit, mango, subdued for a DIPA. Honestly not that bad for an Abita beer, lol.
