Bottle courtesy of Brian. Clear yellow, almost lambic in nature when poured. Huge pillowy white head that stays for awhile. Aroma is yeasty bread with a floral hop note, taste is the same with a very nice finish.

Das Bier ist schön trüb-amberfarben mit braun-orangenem, cremigen Schaum, der relativ stabil ist.
Der Antrunk ist sehr CO²-haltig-frisch-fruchtig. Im Hauptteil entwickelt dieses Bier seinen vollen Körper sehr cremig und leicht süßlich, wobei doch eine gewisse alkoholische Schärfe zu merken ist. Der Nachgeschmack ist langanhaltend und leicht süßlich-fruchtig mit feiner cremiger Hefenote. Auch ein paar säuerliche Nuancen sind zu erschmecken.
--> Ein sehr schön cremig-mildes Bier mit vollem Körper! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Der Geruch ist süßlich-mild, im Aussehen erinnert es stark an ein helles Pils oder Kölsch. Das Bier ist vom Antrunk her sehr frisch, die 8,5% schmeckt man aber deutlich. Es hat einen sehr vollen Körper und ist schön süffig. Feinherb im Nachgeschmack gibt sich dieser mittellang und leicht süßlich. Sehr sprudelig br> --> ein sehr schönes empfehlenswertes Bier!

Bottle, as Brassin d’Hiver @ Home. Pours dark golden amber with a offwhite head, leaving lioght lacings. Aroma of malt, caramel, bread, x-mas spices, cardemon, little dusty, little old. Flavor is bready malt, caramel, little chocolate, x-mas spices, light licorice, little old, light dusty. Medium body, lively carbonation. 201213

Fles 75cl als Brassin d’Hiver, rood/amber helder met schuimige witte kraag aroma: floraal, honing, caramel, kardemom, laurier, rozijn smaken: redelijk honing zoet, matig bitter, licht zuur, sterk, matig gefruit met oa donkere fruiten, rozijnen, wijtoets, caramout redelijk, stevig kruidig met oa kardemom, laurier, gist, zoethout medium tot volle body, glad van textuur.

Bottle from Jaspers. Pours a slightly hazy medium golden color with a huge white head that persists forever leaving copious amounts of lace on the way down my glass. Pear and plum with pepper and sweet sugar make up the bulk of the aroma. A light mineral and yeastiness rounds out the nose. The flavor is sweeter than I thought with the honey like and bready pilsner malt shining through. Light pitted fruits a touch of warming and a hint of pepper round it all out. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet slick mouthfeel. Nice brew, if it weren’t a country tick I never would have picked it up, but I’m glad I did, I rather enjoyed it.

Flaska i gåva från frankrike. Halmgul vätska med vitt skum. Doft av jäst, hö och lite sirap. Ren neutral smak. Eldig fyllig munkänsla. Kort eftersmak.

Peu sophistiquée pour le genre... L’alcool est trop présent en finale. Bon parfum mais le produit n’y rend pas hommage ;-(

330ml bottle at home. Pours clear orange gold, big frothy white head. Aromas of yeast, sherbet, honey, strawberry jam. How can something be both dry and sweet? This is, and it works! Vinious qualities. High carbonation. Long finish. Lovely.
