750ml bottle, vintage 2013, 8 % abv, from Systembolaget, Luleå, via Gaute. Champagne cork that gave a good shot followed by smoke when opened. Close to clear golden body. Dense, white head blanketing the glass. Sweet fruit and malts on the nose added by vapour of alcohol. Sweet wheat, honey, and sweet, fruity caramel to the taste buds. Soft and sweet fruity ending. Notable alcohol. Rather easy to drink. Far from great, gives a bland impression (session in Tromsø, 30.07.2013).

Bouteille: Copper coloured, a bit unclear, big and stable loose off-white head, fruity-caramelly nose (almost a bit vinous) with a robust boppy counterpart; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, full bodied; bisquity-honeyish finish balanced by distinctive hops and followed by a slight alcohol-burn in the aftertaste. Nice brew...

Pours dark with some cloudiness. Tastes good for style. Aroma of caramelized malt and sugar with some dark fruit. Good overall beer. Finishes sweet with caramel. Some basement barrel, but very much like a dark Belgian strong. Bottle from Steamworks.

75cl bottle. Pours a pale golden yellow colour, big foamy white head and aroma of biscuity malt, fruity grain, yeast. Taste is very sweet biscuity malt, caramel, toffee, grain, some tart fruitiness with hay & grassy notes and a slightly metallic earthy hoppy bitterness. Creamy syrupy mouth feel, medium bodied, well carbonated, boozy warming dry bitter finish.
