Bottle 330ml @Gastropub Tuulensuu
Hazy orange color, good creamy beige head. Woody, spicey-yeasty aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Some leafy hops, not bitter anyhow. White peppery spiceyness. Quite yeasty flavor. A bit of alcohol. Thinnish and ordinary ale.

33 cl. bottle sampled @ Modeste 2013. Murky orange with an off-white head. Nose is sweet huge BE yeast, candy sugar & caramel but the yeast totally dominates. Taste is very thick BE yeast which fully dominates taste & is couple with orange rind, sweet candy & touch white sugar, sweet white bread, hint plaster & caramel. Thick BE yeast body & lower carb. Nothing wrong with this but it is anything but exiting.

Bottle as Santa Bee: Tief dunkle Farbe, würziger Geruch. Sehr sehr tolles Winterbier! Nicht zu süß, malzig-würzig mit tollem Kräuterfinish!! Die 8,5% fallen nicht auf!! Sehr zu empfehlen!! --> A 14 / Sü 13 / Ng 15 / ges 14

33cl Bottle from Hopduvel, Gent. Clear copper golden, white head. Aroma has lots of Brettanomyces funk, light tartness, nutmeg and clove, hops, honey-ish malts. Flavour is light tart, Brett, light spicy, apples, firm, almost harsh bitterness, nice mellow sweetness, bitter finish with some alcohol and Bretty spiciness. Medium-bodied, dry. Nice, but is the Brett intended?
