Bottle at Ungstrup’s. Pours cloudy pale golden with airy white head. Intense aroma of flowers with subtle touches of citrus. Earthy notes in the otherwise mild, flowery and hoppy flavour. Fruity finish with an earthy goodbye. Nice.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a fluffly off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruit, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes fo malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Take One, Maastricht, 20130602) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, black pepper, malts, hops and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, fruity and bitter. A good tripel with a spicy twist.

Thanks to Julien for the bottle. 33 cl. bottle @ Delirium Cave. BBF 23/12/2014. Bright clear amber with a white head. Nose is lightly fruity, light grass, quite a lot of BE hops, fruity yeast, citrus,… Taste is full BE hops, grass, fruity, light berries, fruity BE yeast, bitter flowers & flora, mellow, mellow spices, hint white grapes,… Carb. is touch higher. An enjoyable BE hoppy, balanced, easy drinking Belgian beer that was all around. So a high score from me although you should probably trust Tim’s score more since he is better at these kids of things :)
