Cask at Teuchters Landings , Edinburgh-Leith, Sunday 20th March 2016 in the company of Dad and Barry. Pours pale lemony colour with a clingy white head atop. Refreshing pale with a distinct Belgian twist, a touch dry, fruity with a hoppy edge. Better than the Inveralmond Rascal. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Bottle courtesy of Lynn and Barry, consumed at home Tuesday 8th March 2016 cheers to Lynn and Barry Lemony gold in colour, a little bit hazy with a white head. Wheatiness on the nose with a bit of spice. This is a very pleasant beer. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Keg at the Craven Arms; hazy dark amber pour with a thin white head, aroma has sweet honey and some light yeast, taste lemon honey cough mixture, some yeast action, some varnish, bready malts.

Keg at Banchory Beer Festival. Clear amber body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of white pepper, biscuit and brown bread. Flavour of honey, pepper, grass and chalky malt. Thin to medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. This tastes like it’s from Belgium. Nice beer.

(Draught at Mother Kelly’s, Bethnal Green, London, 26 Nov 2015) Hazy pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with citrus, orange peel, dried fruit and marmalade. Malty, fruity taste with notes of orange peel, marmalade, dried apricots, candy sugar and a balanced spicy bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced tripel. Nice one.
