473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is full of fragrant wild yeast, a touch of wood, and gentle stone fruits. Flavour is fairly complex, with lots of wild yeast, stone fruit, and a touch of oak. Real nice barrel blend and wild yeast character. Excellent.

16oz can. Poured a bright lemon-lime yellow color with a white head. Aroma was light lemon, some funky notes. Light tropical fruit, funk, sweet candy. Light malty notes.

16oz can pours a murky yellow with some creamy white head. Nose has candy and some citrus, light herbs and soap. Chewy and malty, grain, herbs, citrus and some tropicals. Drops the saison in the mouth and becomes an IPA. Medium full.

Orange pulp. A little lemon. Hazy yellow pour with tons of head. Tangy in an off kind of way.

500mL bottle. Pours murky brown with no head. Aroma has tons of balsamic, wood, sour berries. Flavour is a huge punch of vinegar; tart and balsamic. Quite unpleasant.

473mL can. Pours slightly murky gold with white head. Aroma has a lot of oak, musty grape skins, and some tart wild yeast. Flavour has grape must, lots of dry wood, some bugs. Not super complex, but still a really nice dry sour.

Pale and cloudy with no head. Tart, light fruit. Some phenols, but it's not actually that bad. .

473mL can. Pours dark copper with almost no head. Aroma is lovely; tons of wood, dried berries, Belgian yeast. Flavour has a punch if port, wood, raisins, oak. Definitely has some quad flavours, but feels like more of a strong ale. Still very excellent, great barrel profile.

12oz pour at brewery. Pours a murky brown with a tan head; looks like diarrhea. Aroma is bitter, mouldy fruit. Flavour is cherries and balsamic vinegar gone bad. Why the fuck would this be served?
