Sweet fruity aroma of grainy pale malt, orange, peach, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy pale malt, orange peel, white grapefruit, peach, cantaloupe, pine needles, earthy yeast and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a creamy, smooth, pillowy soft texture and soft to average carbonation. Juicy, delicious and enjoyable.

Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, pear, orange and floral hops in a dry, slightly tart, acidic finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and pleasant, but nothing to get excited about.

Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, raspberry, blueberry and hibiscus in a dry, slightly tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and average to soft carbonation. Refreshing and crushable, but not very exciting.

Des malts miellés légers et céréaliers, des houblons feuillus et subtilement herbacés composent une aromatique assez douce et équilibrée. Ambré cuivré et limpide, le liquide développe une mousse épaisse, assez crémeuse et tenace. En bouche, on a droit à des céréales en introduction puis les houblons feuillus et terreux exposent toute leur puissance et se déclinent en amertume herbacée longue et intense. On a droit ici à une utilisation judicieuse des houblons Anglais et Européens. Un léger fruité issu de la levure rehausse les malts légèrement caramélisés. Le corps est moyennement mince et on dénote une certaine astringence due à la puissance et à l’amertume intense des houblons. Un exemple classique du style. Olfactif aux houblons floraux, feuillus et herbacés de faible puissance agrémenté de malts légèrement toastés. Le visuel présente une petite mousse effervescente et éphémère sur un liquide doré bien limpide. Amertume feuillue et terreuse en entrée de bouche qui persiste jusqu’en finale. Accents maltés offrant un tout léger caramel et un subtile toasté. Son corps est moyennement léger et sa carbonatation assez élevée. Évidemment, l'équilibre est tout en amertume mais le malt y est fort bien souligné. La finale est bien sèche et traine quelque peu les houblons. Un excellent exemple du style. Cette brasserie s’est beaucoup améliorée ces dernières années.
