Bottle: Poured a clear deep amber color ale with a rather large foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of caramel malt with some nice notes of toffee and molasses. Taste is more complex then I had anticipated with some rather nice notes of toffee, molasses and caramel malt. Easily drinkable with good carbonation and an average body.

Bottle: Poured a clear light golden color ale with a small bubbly head with minimal retention and some small traces of lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet malt with no much else in terms of noticeable characteristics. Taste is also dominated by some sweet malt with no discernable adjunct and a thin watery finish with some light unrefined grain ester. Definitely not the best from this new brewery.

Bottle: Poured a deep copper color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of grainy malt with a dry aftertaste. Taste is also a weird mix between some unrefined grainy malt with a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. I must admit this is the first disappointment from this new brewery; this beer definitely lack direction and fall between styles.

Bottle: Poured a medium copper color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry caramel malt with some subtle floral notes. Taste is also dominated by some nice floral notes with well balanced caramel malt. Body is full enough for the style with great carbonation, Not overly complex but well done and easily quaffable.

Bottle: Poured a hazy blond color ale with a medium pure white foamy head with some retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of wheat malt with notes of orange peel and some light coriander. Taste is also dominated by some wheat notes with light spices. Body is quite full with nice bottle conditioning and good carbonation. Well done with no major flaws and medium complexity.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy dirty beige color ale with a medium size white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of orange peel with some wheat malt. Taste is dominated by orange peel with some light coriander and some consistent wheat malt. Body is quite full with limited filtration and bottle conditioning with some good carbonation. Well done but I prefer my wit with more coriander and less residual sugar.
