Bottle: Poured a medium reddish color ale with a medium foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of light tart raspberry with some notes of caramel malt. Taste is also a nice enough mix between some tart raspberries with some medium caramel malt. Body is a bit thin with good carbonation. I would have preferred if the tartness had been more accentuated but still drinkable.

Bouteille 341ml.

Bottle: Poured a deep hazy brown color ale with a medium light brown foamy head with some retention and light lacing. Aroma of toffee and candi sugar with robust malt backbone. Taste is a mix between some robust caramelized malt with notes of toffee and a sweet finish with some lingering candi sugar notes. Body is quite full with good carbonation and no signs of alcohol. Well done though it lacks some dry figs and plums notes to be considered as one of the great.

A golden ale with a thin white head. A strong grainy malt aroma with earthy nutty notes, like unroasted coffee beans, and a bit of oxidation. In mouth, a grainy sweet malt with light honey notes, light grassy hops, oily, a bit cloying, some nuttyness develops later. 2.39$ bottle from Grand Duc.
