Cask @Gallows Real Ale Festival 2017 26.1.2017. Thx jookos!. 5,0% abv Poured deep golden color with a thin white head. Aroma had ripe apples, pear, caramel sweetness, hint of barnyard. Flavor has pear, sweetness and ripe apples.

(Cask at Gallows Bird Real Ale Festival 2017) The cider poured golden and hazy. No head. Aroma had apples, tartness and sourness. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were apples, apple seeds, sourness and tar. Aftertaste had tartness and apples. A pleasant cider.
