Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apples, fruits, sulphur, stable, flowers and has a nice sweet semi dry finish.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich tart apples, sulphur, fruits, stable and has a nice dry finish. Great cider.

Bottle at WTF 3. Pours a hazy orange with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is funk, oak, acetone. Thin body, apple core, spice, funk, very acidic, decent.

On tap at Anxo, pours a muddy orange with a ring of white head. Nose is absolutely delicious, sweet apples, earthy too, some yeast, a little turbinado sugar. Flavor follows, apples, apple juice, earthy apple cores, lightly sweet, a little orange maybe too. Mostly dry, earthy finish. Absolutely delicious and crazy drinkable.
