Aroma: sweet apple, stewed apple, apple pie, hints of mustiness & funk. Taste: bittersweet apple, tart apple, apple skin, must, funk, light tannins. Dry on the palate. 28/12/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with a few small bubbles. Aroma is woody, caramel, vanilla, tannic, funk, horse-blanket, touch of spice. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. A little sugary to finish.

Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear deep orange coloured pour with a small halo of white bubbles. Aroma is nice woody apple, mellow funk, grass, pinhcof spicy vinegar, . Flavour is composed of crisp, drying apple pith, woody bark , notes, juicy apple, light tang, pineapple, grass. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, fizzy, slightlu prickly carbonation. Nice.
