Picked this up about a year ago in Montreal. 473ml for 12-1500¥.
Le Castor Tawny Porter 9.3%
Porter aged on plums and sour cherries in Portuguese tawny port barrels with Brett
Ruddy brown color with wisps of beige foam. Nice sour cherry aroma, the medium body is smooth. The taste has good barrel character. Well balanced acidic sour.

Shared can at Mandag i Annen, Cardinal, Stavanger. Moderately hazy and deep golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma and flavour of decent malts and ditto herbal and earthy hops. Not bad.

Mi2 på Cardinal, og Luis er på besøk medbringende et knippe canadiske øl fra sitt emporium, de fleste er 0,473 bokser: lett uklar gylden med fint kniplingskum som varer. Floralt og lett krydret anslag som bringer tankene mer i retning av en IPA enn en bitter, men leskende er det uansett, og maltsmaken er god.

Thank you Guillaume for this beer that you have found during one of your trip, in Canada.. It is a nice IPA, all the things that you can except, hop and nice notes of grapefruit, 22.08.16

D’un doré profond et parfaitement limpide, le liquide se couvre d’une mousse épaisse et moyennement dense.
Les houblons Néo-Zélandais explosent en bouche, se combinant aux épices aux accents de poivre et de gingembre.
On a des notes de banane, de fruits à noyau, de fruits à chair blanche.
Les houblons floraux, épicés et herbacés provoque une amertume moyenne.
Houblons et épices font un mélange original et exceptionnel.

0,473 brukerdose fra mitt fjernlager i Verksgata, delt med meg selv på hyttetur i Ilsvåg: uklar gylden med utmerket skumkrone som varer lenge. Appelsiner, mandariner, aprikos og fersken. Snille furunåler lurer i bakgrunnen. Lang og saftig avslutning med mersmak.
